1. The above mentioned prices are subject to 10% service charge & 8% service tax (starting from 1st April 2024 onwards).

2. Head Charges are not applicable to VIP and VVIP rooms.

3. Basic Package is compulsory when checking into VIP & VVIP rooms, please contact the Red Box Plus Receptionist at 03-2148 3322, Red Box Customer Service at 03-7660 3990 (Office Hours: 9 am - 6 pm), or Red Box Karaoke's official Facebook and Instagram for more information.

4. The above mentioned pricing list is meant for references, each outlet reserves the right to change the above pricing without any prior notice.

5. Customers who check-in After 6 PM into VIP and VVIP Rooms and reached the Minimum Spending can enjoy Free Karaoke until 3 AM daily.

6. A 30% deposit is required to secure VIP and VVIP rooms.

7. Students may present a valid student ID or NRIC in order to enjoy student privileges.

8. Senior citizens aged 60 years old and above may present their NRIC or passport upon check-in at the reception counter to enjoy senior citizen privileges.
