2. 10% Promotion for Birthday Members only - Special birthday perks only for RedBox Members.Members need to redeem and pay bills by using a RedPay Visa Card/ RedPay Apps.
- Members can redeem a 10% discount on their Total Bills up to 2 times per month.
- Total bills included in the charges of head, room, food and drinks.
- Discount is applicable to the total bill and valid for all room types.
- For bills exceeding RM1,000, customers may still enjoy the 10% off total bill promotion without using RedPay, provided they are a member and it is their birthday month. This exception is only valid with the approval of the Outlet Manager.
- Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any existing promotions or promotional items. For example, the Lunch Promo RM19++ is not eligible for an additional 10% discount.
3. Birthday Members 3 Hours Karaoke Session Free - Birthday Members are entitled to 3 hours of free karaoke during their birthday month.
- A minimum of 1 person is eligible to enjoy this 3 hour free karaoke privilege.
- Only birthday members are eligible for this offer, other customers in the same group who are not birthday members must pay for the Head Charges.
- For example, if a group of six guests checks in and only one qualifies as the birthday member, the birthday member will be entitled to a complimentary three-hour karaoke session, while the remaining five guests will be subject to the applicable head charges.
- After the Free 3-hour session, customers may extend their stay by paying the normal Room Charges or Head Charges.
- Redemption is limited to 1 time per day, at 1 outlet, for 3 free hours only.
- To redeem, Birthday Members must present a valid NRIC and Red Box Membership Card at check-in.
- This offer is valid for Standard Rooms only and does not apply to VIP or VVIP Rooms.

Birthday Members enjoy 3 hours of free karaoke. This is valid for NORMAL Rooms only.
- Redemption Limit: Each Birthday Member may redeem 3 free hours per day at any RedBox Plus or RedBox outlet during their birthday month.
- Only the Birthday Member is entitled to the complimentary hours. Non-Birthday guests are required to pay the regular head charge.
- After the free 3 hours session, customers may extend their stay by paying the normal Room Charges or Head Charges.
- A minimum of 1 person is eligible to enjoy this 3 hour free karaoke privilege.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or special deals for Promotion 3.
- Promotion Period: Starts from 1 October 2025 until further notice.
- Karaoke rooms are given on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance booking is recommended.

- The offer is valid at all RedBox Plus and RedBox outlets and is available every day, all day, including Public Holidays and Public Holiday Eve.
- This offer is only for RedBox Members.
- All prices are subject to 10% Service Charge and 8% Service Tax (SST).
- Red Box Karaoke Management has the right to change prices or update these Terms & Conditions without notice.
